How returns and exchanges work at HW Collection.

7-day returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Go to your orders, select the item you want to return and follow the steps, or contact our support team and we will arrange it for you.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
