Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for eligible items.
Return eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within the return window shown on your order. The window can vary by market, product or category.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
How to start a return
Go to your orders, select the item you want to return and follow the steps, or contact our support team and we will arrange it for you.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
